Many artists say songs and lyrics come to them in the middle of the night. For some, the hours between midnight and 3:00 am are considered the bewitching hour when evil happens. As I grow older, I find that this time frame is when ideas come to mind and I gather my thoughts. I have found that Proverbs 8:12 is real for me, as in the wee hours of the night, I obtain witty ideas and creative inventions. The Bible says that Paul and Silas sang praises to the Lord at midnight and were freed from prison. Those reading may find that their musings come at other times, but for me, it's usually around midnight. The point of this blog is to share midnight musings and inspire others to find their creative time of the day or night. I also desire to dispel that any time of the day or night is Satan's because the earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the people and they that dwell there within. By shedding light on works of darkness, we cause them to scurry into the shadows. The late great Wilson Pickett sang "Im gonna wait till the midnight hour, that's when my love comes tumbling down". I hope you enjoy the stories I share and find your own midnight inspiration that flow like many waters and crashing waves.
